Rider Fitness Package
The Rider Fitness Package is designed to overhaul your riding. You get to work with two specialists over 4 weeks to work on your riding confidence, skill and fitness.
Sam Taylor-Leighton from STL Equestrian Coaching
Sam is a UKCC Level 2 Equestrian Coach in Colwyn Bay. Sam coaches to develop rider confidence, improving rider position and posture, horse and rider suppleness and schooling exercises.
You'll start your four week block with a session from Sam. She will focus on your 'on horse' goals. After your session with Sam she'll highlight a few areas which could do with off horse conditioning... and that's where Seonaidh comes in.
Seonaidh Jamieson from Cherry Tree Training
Seonaidh is a personal trainer, mobility instructor and horse rider. She works with horse riders to improve their fitness and mobility using a range of equipment free exercises.
3-4 days after your first session with Sam you will book in with Seonaidh. Seonaidh is based in Yorkshire and will deliver your session through a video call. If you have any questions about these then you can ask Seonaidh or Sam about the experience.
Seonaidh and Sam will work with you to help you meet your riding goals.
